Every book we send was paid for by someone who will never meet the person reading it.

That's the whole idea behind Impact Books. The books are about understanding and solving the world's biggest problems. People who believe those ideas matter fund free copies so that strangers can read them. We're the small team in the middle: we source the books, work with suppliers, and get each copy to wherever in the world its reader happens to be.

So if you've arrived here with a redemption-code, there's no catch. Someone simply wanted you to have the book. The indicative prices on our site exist only to stop people without codes ordering books someone else would have to pay for. And we never sell your information to anyone, which would rather miss the point of all this.

We ship tens of thousands of books a year to readers in dozens of countries, and we're a handful of people. If your book takes a little longer than expected, thank you for your patience. It's coming.
